Join us Thursdays at 6 p.m. in the auditorium for a free one-hour yoga class. Taught by independent yoga instructor Paul Cunningham, the class is open to all levels of yoga practitioners. Cunningham will teach basic-level yoga postures, breathwork, and dynamic movements designed to increase range of mobility in our joints and muscles. Options will be offered for increased challenge

Join us at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12 for a lunch-and-learn event focused on U.City’s senior residents. The monthly series features local experts discussing programs and services that are available for seniors in the St. Louis area. This program will feature a presentation on exercise for seniors. Lunch is provided free-of-charge to those over 60 who pre-register for the event.
