Meeting Rooms

The Library has two small meeting rooms upstairs, as well as three study rooms downstairs, that may be booked for use by the public, plus an auditorium that can be used for larger meetings or events.

All meeting rooms are available to adult groups and adult-sponsored youth organizations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional details about each type of room is listed below. To reserve a meeting room, please use the scheduler below or call the Library at 314-727-3150.

All meetings held at the library must be free to attend and open to the public. No fees or collections can be made by any group using library meeting rooms or the auditorium, including the sale of books, refreshment, or other for-sale items, except for events sponsored by the University City Public Library, the Friends of the Library, or with the permission of the Library Board of Trustees.

No announcement, press releases, flyers, or other promotional materials may state or imply sponsorship by University City Public Library without the Library’s permission. Groups must assign an age recommendation for any event held in the Library, which must be included on any promotional materials relating to the event.

The library closes at 9 pm on weeknights and 5 pm on weekends. All people attending meetings must leave by closing time.
