Seniors are invited to join us for weekly chair yoga classes every Monday and Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the auditorium. Preschoolers will love our Thursday storytimes! Specially crafted for the energy and joy of our 3 to 5 year old patrons, the stories, songs, rhymes, and fun times will entertain and educate.

Join us Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium for a free one-hour yoga class. Taught by yoga instructor and longtime UCPL patron Paula Gold, the class is open to all levels of yoga practitioners. Options will be offered for increased challenge for those who want to go deeper into poses, as well as variations to make poses more accessible as needed.

Join us at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9 for a lunch-and-learn event focused on U.City’s senior residents. The monthly series features local experts discussing programs and services that are available for seniors in the St. Louis area. This program will feature a presentation from the University of Missouri Extension, discussing senior nutrition.

Mondays are for Mother Goose! Join us as we present a special storytime for lap babies ages 0 to 2 years old that includes stories, rhymes, songs, and fingerplays.
