Storytimes

In Person Storytimes

Starting in September, our Youth Services librarians will be providing an in person, outdoor storytime once a week in the courtyard of the former University United Methodist Church at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays. Each week will cater to a different age group: All ages (Family and Silly Storytimes), Birth – 2 (Mother Goose), or Preschool.

As long as the temperature is under 90 degrees and there is no severe weather, we will see you there!

Virtual Storytimes

Virtual Storytimes are updated regularly September through May of each year. These storytimes are geared toward Preschool and Early Elementary age, and include a variety of activities like songs, stories, finger plays, flannel boards, and rhymes to support the development of early literacy skills. This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
