Author Event: Paul Thiel

Join us for an evening of poetry from local writer, essayist and artist Paul Thiel, who will read excerpts from his latest book Snapshots: Verbal Pictures. Thiel has been recognized by the Prix de Paris award from the Duncan Gallery, Madison Avenue, NYC and as a finalist position for a mural at a Wall Street bank. In addition to receiving an honorary doctorate from the University of Missouri-St. Louis for his literary work, his accolades include winning the Diana Woods award from Antioch University for his creative-non-fiction story, Stonewall and the Village. This event will be held in the second-floor auditorium. Copies of the book will be available for purchase from the author. Recommended for adults.
