Learn to manage your anxiety & stress

Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 4 for a free workshop on managing stress and anxiety. This workshop is designed to equip you with practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Led by therapist Tyler Witzig, the session will provide participants with an understanding of the impacts of stress and anxiety along with practical techniques to regain control and improve your well-being. The program will take place in the UCPL auditorium, and is aimed at adults. Please note that our elevator is out of service until later this fall.
